JOSHUA S. BROKER
Principal
Mr. Broker has over 14 years of experience in the real estate and finance industries. Prior to joining MJC Associates, Mr. Broker was a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the Goldenberg Group, a private real estate development company based near Philadelphia. Prior to the Goldenberg Group, Mr. Broker was a Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch & Co., both in the company's New York and London offices. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Broker specialized in a broad range of capital raising and strategic advisory assignments, completing over $7.0 billion of equity, debt and M&A transactions for REITs and other publicly traded real estate and hospitality companies. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Broker was an Associate in the Market Analysis Group at Coopers & Lybrand in New York and the Asset Management Group at the Rubin Organization in Philadelphia.
Mr. Broker received his B.A. from Amherst College, a graduate Diploma from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
